The X-Changer is the heart of the LaundryCard™ system. This self contained interactive kiosk has the ability to issue new cards, add value to existing cards, and allow customers to check the balance on their cards. The large touch-screen display visually guides the customer through using the system in either English or Spanish using video and animation. The X-Changer is also equipped with a bi-lingual voice prompting system which talks customers through each transaction.
The X-Changer is also where employees access the system to perform specifically designed functions that help them throughout their work shift. Since storeowners are not always available, these special functions have been designed so that employees can easily deal with customer issues.
